Where are your products produced?

All of our apparel and gear is produced in the United States of America with American sourced material. We go to great lengths to ensure that our products are Berry Amendment compliant but if there is an exception it will be noted.

If an agency requires a large order that must meet Berry Amendment compliance please contact us directly.

Our morale patches are imported.

If I can add a product to my cart, is it ready to ship? 

Yes, we utilize a live inventory. Rest assured that if you can add it to the cart it is ready to ship.

I need a larger purchase for MIL or LE - how do I go about doing this?

Please use the contact us form to get in touch. We are happy to accommodate for military units and law enforcement teams. 

I want a product in a non-stocking color or pattern, is this possible?

The only colors we stock on a regular basis are Multicam, Black, Coyote Brown, and Ranger Green.

We require a minimum order of 25 pieces if you desire a color other than the ones mentioned above - this extends to both the civilian sector and to our military and law enforcement customers. 

Occasional special runs may be produced or exclusively carried by our partners.

How can I carry Saber Solutions products?

Please send us an email and we'd be happy to discuss your needs. 

What shipping service do you use?

We use USPS for all packages. International orders will also ship USPS.

What is your return policy?

If you receive a product with manufacturing or materials defects, send us an email. We will do everything we can to correct the situation. 

If you would prefer to refund or exchange the product please make sure that the item is unused, damage-free, with all tags and returned to us within (14) days. Please email us prior to sending the product back. Please expect to pay the shipping back to us, shipping of the new product, and a 10% restocking fee.

What is your warranty policy?

All non-morale goods are covered by our limited lifetime warranty. If our product fails from a manufacturing or workmanship defect we will make it our priority that you are squared away. 

I own a product when you operated under Critical Precision. Will you still honor the warranty?

First off, thank you for supporting us since the beginning. Yes, all warranty for defects and workmanship will still be covered under Saber Solutions.  

Will you be stocking shirt designs from Critical Precision?

As of now we have no plans of stocking shirts again but this may change in the future.

Where can I learn about new product releases?

We are a big supporter of Soldier Systems Daily (soldiersystems.net) and they will break the news of critical product releases.
